The Human Awareness Institute (HAI) produces several workshops that offer you many ways to grow in love with others and with yourself. Its workshops have enabled thousands to find more intimacy in their lives, to communicate more effectively and from the heart, and to experience their sexuality with more joy, richness and confidence.
HAI has a wide range of workshops in terms of their participants, duration, and themes. There are workshops specifically for couples or singles, a workshop open to teens and adults and many others open to all adults regardless of relationship status. Most of our workshops take place over a weekend, but there is a one-day workshop and there are introductions to the HAI experience as well as community events that take place over a few hours. The first in the series of weekend Love, Intimacy and Sexuality workshops is called the “Miracle of Love”. Among other themes in the LIS workshop series are “Loving Yourself,” “Living at Choice,” and “Integrating Sexuality & Spirituality.”
Our workshops are offered in many locations throughout the world and at many times each year.

On this web site, we have provided a 30-second love quiz, the answers to many questions we are often asked, testimonials throughout the site that give glimpses of how many people have experienced our workshops and the many ways to contact and stay in touch with us. You can apply for a scholarship to help pay the cost of a workshop in Northern California (For financial assistance with workshops in other areas, contact the Regional Office in that area).
Many of the people who take our workshops are eager to find ways to experience more of the beautiful intimacy they have shared over the course of the weekend. They want it in their daily lives. First of all, there are other workshops after the “Miracle of Love.” And for those who would also like to further their experience of HAI outside of the workshops, HAI has a community of people who have taken its workshops that regularly get together at parties, in support groups, travelling the world together, and at community events.
